Refund Policy

The 2009 LMA Midwest Conference offers the following refund policy:

Cancellation received by	Refund Amount
August 25, 2009	Full Registration Amount
September 10, 2009	50% of Registration Amount
September 25, 2009	No Refund Available

All cancellations must be emailed to Megan McKeon, Conference Co-Chair, at mckeon@mbhb.com. Cancellations will be verifed with an email from the Conference Co-Chair.

Please note: Refunds for registrations completed through Pay Pal will automatically be tendered through Pay Pal, and the refund will appear on your credit card statement. If you wish to receive a check refund for a Pay Pal registration, you must specifically request so in your cancellation email, and service fee of 5% will be deducted. Refunds for registrations paid by check will be tendered by check.
