Although the recession poses new challenges for law firms, the commitment to being green remains strong within the profession. Many firms have decided there is more to being green than double-sided printing and recycling. As they become more experienced with and thoughtful about their commitments in this area, some firms have begun to take a serious interest in the topic of sustainability. Law firm marketers are playing a key role in this process, with a focus on sustainability as the underlying goal for future efforts. This panel will review the progress that firms have made and will discuss the ABA's Model Sustainability Policy.
